Perfect location, intimate and nice
In the city center on a square. Close to everything. Nice room. Sound proof windows and door - very silent. Breakfast in a café just beside. Small but good breakfast with cerials, scrambled eggs, sausages, smoked tuna, cheese etc and new baked bread.

Late season i Split
Tophotell verkligen mitt i Splits gamla stadskärna. Mkt personlig service. Kändes som om vi var ensamma på detta lilla hotell

Toppen hotell.
Mycket trevligt hotell mitt inne i gamla delen av Split. Efter en veckas segling utan aircondition var det helt underbart att hamna på detta hotell. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet var rent och snyggt. Det går inte att ta en taxi fram till hotellet p g a smala gränder - man får räkna med att gå ca 100-150 meter från närliggande gata.

Perfect location in the center of everything. Easy to get to from the water and the staff went above and beyond. They provided help with luggage from our arrival point and gave us a packed breakfast on our long tour day and towels to take on another excursion.

First visit to Croatia
At times there was an odor of sewage in tge bathroom. The proprty uses centuries old sewage systems so ofor .ight have been expected. We bought a soy candle which took care of the situation. The staff was amazing and especially helpful to two older travelers on their first trip to Croatia

We were met by the hotel staff at our arrival at the gate to the old town and escorted to our hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was beyond helpful in every aspect. Have even arranged a golf cart to drive us and our luggage to the bus depot!

Large room with high ceilings. Plenty of space. Very convenient location as your right in the walled city. The staff was most accommodating in all manners. Had to leave early morning for flight out, so they prepared a box breakfast for us, and the hotel staff even escorted us to the taxi pickup area at 5:00 AM to ensure we found it outside the walled city. Would stay again if in Splt.

The staff at the hotel were amazingly hospitable. They actually sent someone to the ferry to chauffeur our car inside the city giving us celebrity drop off service since the hotel is in the middle of pedestrian only zone filled with any and everything you could want. The hotel fit and finish rivals and possibly exceeds the White House! - right-sized for the historical city square but very upscale inside with new renovation. Well worth the cost of straying and since we actually just staged our return flight back to the US we’re actually sorry we just did a “touch & go” and didn’t stay longer after several weeks on Brac. I personally think Split can’t be more charming than from a stay at the Piazza!

Loved this hotel & its staff!!
Brilliant hotel. Great location surrounded by amazing restaurants & close to the waterfront. The staff were beyond brilliant, very helpful setting up the parking and restaurant reservations and generally helpful and courteous! Comfy beds & great water pressure in the shower. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

The room was not nice (outside of bathroom), there was a smell, and you could hear everyone in their rooms. Would not recommend staying here. Getting to hotel is complicated if you have car.

The hotel is located in the center of the Old town in Split. It was a perfect location that was central to Splite Old Town and also to the front seaport area. The staff was very friendly and helpful! 10 Plus!! I recommend it to anyone staying in Split! It also had a kitchen area that was really nice.

The BEST hotel and service I could ask for!
I will run out of superlatives to describe how well we were treated during our stay in this very lovely hotel. The hotel was right smack in the middle of the best plaza by the Palace. We were picked up by Mario from the airport and he also brought us to the airport when we left — and I cannot appreciate enough the fact the he walked so far just so that he can carry our bags for us, especially since I have elderly parents. We were very grateful to him. We then had the pleasure of meeting Mira — who took care of us the entire time. First she upgraded us to the best room of the hotel overlooking the square, then she allowed us to leave our luggages with her when we went to Dubrovnik for a few days. She was extremely pleasant, patient, and beautiful like a movie star! She is the spitting image of Linda Fiorentino from Men in Black. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful with an amazing balcony. The bathroom was equally lovely. I can’t wait to go back to Split just so that I can see Mira and Mario again. Thank you for everything!

El hotel es excelente. Las habitaciones están muy bien tenidas, parecen nuevas, la ubicación es perfecta cerca a todo. El único problema del hotel es el desayuno muy pocas opciones para comer, no es un desayuno para la categoría y el precio del hotel.

Elegance and premium service from the moment we walked in the door. The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. They even arranged for us to have breakfast boxes at 5am as we had to leave for an early flight. Wonderful location. Would stay here again anytime!

From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out the staff were brilliant. They couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms are well designed, spacious, extremely clean and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property, it has everything you need to make the most of a brilliant city.

I don’t usually write reviews, but we had an especially nice visit in this hotel. The staff, especially Yelena at the front desk, was exceptional. My husband forgot his jacket in the hotel and it was found and we were called before we were a few blocks away. Breakfast was very nice. All around a wonderful hotel in the center of all you want to see in Split
