Ett bra hotell i Split!
Det var ett jättebra hotell som låg fint vid stranden och strandpromenaden. De var mycket bra på service och vänligt bemötande. De hade det där lilla extra som inte alla hotell har. Rummen och hotellfrukosten var också mycket bra. Med andra ord är jag riktigt nöjd.

Trevligt hotell med perfekt läge
Trevligt nyrenoverat äldre hotell med perfekt läge i fint bostadsområde med nära kontakt till badstrand och på promenad avstånd (10-15 min) till stadskärnan med sevärdheter och restauranger, strandpromenad, hamn och bussterminal. Egen pool, högklassig restaurang och stora fina gemensamhetsytor. Mycket bra frukost. Relativt små rum för ett 5-stjärnigt hotell, delvis förklarat av äldre hotell. Missvisande beskrivning av själva rummets storlek då den totala ytan inkl toalett och entré utrymmen anges.

Bra hotel belägen i närheten av staden med en behaglig promenad. Katastrof mat i baren vid poolen och extrem dyr. Frukosten va bra överlag. Fanns knappt några solstolar vid poolen.

Ett sant 5 stjärnigt hotell med serviceinriktad och mycket trevlig personal. Nyrenoverat och fräscht. Klassisk lyx med levande piano till middagen. Bra kök med vinkunnig personal och en fantastisk frukost. Flera bra restauranger i närheten. Bil rekommenderas för att ta sig till Splits omgivningar.

Fantastiska dagar i Split!
Vi var 3 vänner som unnade oss några dagar på detta flotta hotell. Fantastisk service från det att vi anlände genom alla 4 dagar. Hotellet var nyrenoverat och det kändes att personalen var väldigt stolta över att få jobba där. Maten i restaurangen var superb och det toppades med en underbar servitör som verkligen var mån om sitt arbete och gav oss det lilla extra servicemässigt som gjorde upplevelsen ännu starkare. Läget var också bra med 10 minuters gångavstånd till centrum med palatset och resecentrumet med alla färjor för enkel transport för dagsresor ut till öarna. Dock så behöver deras SPA-avdelning jobba ihop sig lite då det inte kändes som att de hade 100% koll på strukturen. Vi skulle definitivt besöka Hotel Park igen!

Jag kom själv med två barn, 3 och 6 år gamla och kände mig utlämnad och fick relativt kasst emottagande. Fick rummet en timme senare än avtalat och fick inte rum med havsutsikt som var bestämt. Lite mkt knorr, men mycket fint hotell.

Nice hotel but they have the smallest pool I've ever seen in a hotel of this size. Very minimalistic. Even worse is that they only have 8 sunbeds...

Had a wonderful break at Hotel Park. Room very comfortable. Hotel is beautifully kept. Staff friendly. The reception team and manager Mark, excellent. The hotel recommended restaurants every night. All were delicious. The pool was closed, this was frustrating as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. There had been a storm prior to our arrival and this was why it was empty. We understand these things can’t be helped but our son was disappointed. Mark responded well to our complaint, he is very professional and a great asset to the hotel alongside Molvic on reception whose personal touch and interest was a welcome interaction.

This hotel is a real gem! Set next to a park and across the street from the beach. Easily walkable to Old Town and the palace where there are so many great dining and shopping options. Right next to the ferry port as well where you can set out to explore the beautiful islands off the coast of Split. But the best part of our stay was the service! Top notch in every department and the breakfast was the best we have experienced in Europe!

Staff were exceptional from start to finish, food and drink was great at a very reasonable price. Rooms were incredible especially ours with a sea view. We mentioned it was our honeymoon and they took the extra step to put a special treat in our room at no extra cost. Definitely worth the money spent.

Very nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast wasn't the biggest choice we had on our trip to Croatia, but there was enough to choose from. Nicest tea bags. Nice room on the 4th floor with big bathroom and sitting area with desk, then upstairs to the bed and another toilet. Only 20 minutes walk into the old town. Pool area is nice but not very big. Not many parking spaces but we were lucky to get one but 20 Euros a night.

Very noisy at night till 3/4 am in the morning, 2 out of 3 nights of our stay we were woken by noisy parties in the outdoor area. Staff were not as helpful with booking an island tour, we ended up going to the pier and booking it our selves. Parking is very expensive at $30 euro per day, we travelled through Europe for over a month and this was the first hotel that charged for parking.

Staff were amazingly efficient and welcoming -- from the front desk, housekeeping and bellmen. Breakfast buffet was impressive and rooms were comfortable, AC was quiet, bathroom was well appointed-overall a great experience for a luxury property that delivers.

Fantastic location and pool is great but whole hotel very dated needs a re vamp. The restaurant is very very good.
