“Simple no fuss check in arrangements. Excellent bed and haberdashery. Fridge, T+K, Croc+Cut in a little food prep room was old school and appreciated. Generous coffee offering - a jar, not sachets - bravo ! I save the best for last - there are 4 rooms in a line overlooking the golf course, the lake beyond and a wall of quintessentially Aussie bush - the more you gaze the more you ponder. This is a special place, easy on the eye, eases a busy mind. Stay here, you'll like it.”

“The room was clean, was a good size and the bathroom clearly had been modernised. There was wifi available and worked well. The public transport is easily accessible. Scott, the owner, was very helpful. I spoke to someone who has been going there for many years. I’m not surprised. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, I’d recommend Frewville Motor Inn.”

“Quite good for the price. I was on level 3 and the lift stops at level 2, so I had a labyrinthine walk followed by stairs to get to my room. Room had 2 single beds rather than a queen size. No TV or fridge provided, although I’m told some of the pricier rooms had them. Some street noise during the busier nights in town. One shortfall is that there is no mechanism for guests to enter the building after hours, meaning that if you take in the nightlife, it can be difficult to get back to your room....

“Great new hotel. Deluxe room has a nice view over the city and is large. The room was spotless and all room facilities were modern, quality and in great condition. Double glazed floor-to-ceiling windows blocked the sound well. The small side window could be opened to get some fresh air, which is a feature that is missing in a lot of modern hotels. The only downside is that there's no real wall between the bedroom and bathroom area, but you can see this in the photos in advance.”
