The positives: the breakfast was pretty good, with a few different options. The bed and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of towels in the room. Pet friendly with a decent gated area for dogs to go to the bathroom with dog bags.
The negatives: the WiFi is inconvenient and almost useless. You have to connect to it via a browser, not through your device settings, and it wouldn’t run any apps on a tablet, only the browser page. Since it’s just basic cable, I was hoping for decent WiFi so my disabled child could use his communication device iPad and also watch Disney+ on it, but I had to connect him using my hotspot from my phone instead so he was able to use his communication app seamlessly. Also unfriendly staff (one front desk worker was polite, the other was basically rude for no reason). The hot and cold knobs were switched, with hot being cold and cold being hot, which was confusing for the kids. The pullout bed didn’t have any bedding and when we went to ask for some the woman at the front desk was rude about it. The door to the pool room wasn’t working so we had to be let in by the front desk. The rinse off shower in the pool room also had the temperature knobs switched. The shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower in our room were also switched, with shampoo or soap being in the conditioner pump.
Overall, if you just need to sleep and have breakfast in the morning it’s not a bad spot. But if you have kids or rely on WiFi, maybe choose somewhere else.
