1. The digital door lock was old style and hard to open. It took two days to learn how to lock in & out. 2. One tiny bathroom was located inside one room for three bedrooms upstairs 3. Need more toilet papers for each bathroom for 8 people stay in the house from May 17 to May 21. 3 garbage’s bag for the whole staying 4. The house was clean & elegant decorations 5. Luckily it had plenty clean towels & the kitchen was neat & clean

March Madness
Stayed for a weekend during March Madness first weekend. Great location in relation to the arena. House was clean and like I envisioned. It is old and creaky but has been updated. Very clean. Didn’t use the hot tub or backyard but by the looks it was great for another time

I don’t typically write negative reviews but this felt important to share after two nights at The Rose House with my coworkers. There were things about this property that were fine, however there are a few things that are important to acknowledge that I wish I had known. Primarily, toilet paper past 1 role per bathroom is not included and you need to provide your own. This is completely unreasonable for 4 adults for three days. Coffee and tea are not provided which is slightly less unreasonable, but very important to know. Additionally, in two of the bedrooms, there were air conditioning units still in the windows. In the middle of October sleeping with an air conditioner in the window is like sleeping with the window open and we had to remove them ourselves in order for the rooms to be warm enough to sleep. This was less of an insult than the toilet paper, but left us feeling not taken care of. There were no instructions about the property on site, so I had to contact Vacasa about multiple things during our stay. This could be avoided with a simple “about the property” packet on site. My coworker found a dirty dish in a drawer in her room while I found bottle caps next to my bedside. Hopefully the property managers will do better in the future.

To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies that includes paper products, such as toilet paper. This is to get your stay off to a good start and may not last throughout your entire stay. This information is included in our guest emails and we apologize that this detracted from your stay. Additionally, while our home is stocked with cookware needed to prepare a meal, pantry items like coffee and spices are not stored for sanitary reasons. We truly apologize for the cleanliness details that were missed and our local manager assured us that this has been resolved. Additionally, the AC units will be removed and we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused your party. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.

Get the family together
Great spot to get the family together with lots of rooms for everyone and big gathering spaces to all hang out together. But there is plenty of room to also spread out between the back living room and outside patios in case you need a break too! Be sure to walk the nearby Centennial Trail to catch some nice views of the river, or grab some coffee and scones from the shop only a few blocks away.

Cozy home
We loved our stay at the Rose house! It’s an old home with a quirky layout that has been kept up very well. We especially enjoyed the cleanliness and the outdoor space with the hot-tub. Our only complaint was that the second bathroom is attached to a bedroom, so the other 3 bedrooms have to share 1 bathroom that is located downstairs. Nothing that can be changed, just the layout of the house! We would stay here again!

Pleasant Stay
Was here for a work conference and decided to stay in a house with the team so that we can hash out some ideas together after the conference in a cozy place. Only slight negative is that since this is an old building so each bedroom has only one outlet and not all rooms have an AC for the hot sleepers. All in all, a very comfortable stay with clean indoor and outdoor spaces. Worked exactly for what we intended.

Parking was the only issue we had. But it wasn’t something that would prevent me from staying there again. Had beautiful porches front and back. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent this place again.

Character home with lots of charm

Great! Super location!
We visited for a concert at the casino. The property location is fantastic! Only one block away from the beautiful river trail. Easy drive to the concert venue. Quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was fantastic- and very clean. We brought our bikes and jogged and biked on the river trail. The house is just as depicted and beautifully decorated. Very thoughtful. Big beautiful kitchen with everything and more. Oh and the beds are incredibly comfortable with amazing soft linens. Our dog slid around a little on the hard wood/laminate flooring that made him a little nervous and tricky going up the stairs(just a heads up if bringing a dog).

Great location, cute and comfy home
Stayed here to visit our oldest daughter who attends Gonzaga University and couldn't have been happier with location, close to all we wanted to do! Home accommodated all 8 of us very well. Home was clean, cute and beds were very comfortable which is important to us to have a good night's rest. Would definitely rent this home again. Thank you!

A nice snowy vacation
A nice snowy vacation. We didn’t receive details about our booking until the morning of which was unusual, but OK. The house is well appointed and has almost everything you can think of for cooking. The beds were comfortable, and the house is as clean as an old house can be. The neighborhood was quiet, may be a little rundown, but definitely felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. The house was warm enough in the winter and the roads of Spokane are plowed enough to get around in the winter. The house is close to grocery stores, a few restaurants, and also close to the park. We would stay here again although not if we needed an early or late checkout. They’re are not at all flexible with that.

Pleasant, cute place
Great place to stay with family while visiting our son at Gonzaga. Being able to bring our dogs made it a special trip. Really pleasant fenced backyard. Fun and comfortable decor. The kitchen was functional, although the cupboards and construction were a bit rickety. If you are looking for perfection, this may not be your place. But, if you’re looking for a cute and comfortable place with personality, this is it. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great house
The house is older but very cute. The upstairs bathroom adjoins a bedroom so that can be challenging. The shower is also very odd shaped. The back yard is amazing. Hot tub was clean. My family and I had a great time.

Worked great for the family
Just a couple of cons to start. There is no laundry on the property, there are only street parking spots available, and it was pretty hot in the upstairs rooms even with the window cooler units. However, the house is a gorgeous 100yr old manor. It's well kept and has everything we needed. The back yard and hot tub are like a sanctuary. Beds and linens were great, plenty of towels, etc. All in all.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great Spokane Stay!
Dreamy Abode was just that! Super clean, great location, and well-appointed. It was the perfect space for our group with one main floor bdrm and bath and the rest of the bdrms on the second floor with a bath. Outside patio with separate dining area and lounge area was charming and functional. Hot tub was wonderful as well - very clean and relaxing. Neighborhood is friendly, felt safe, and was very quiet. We were in town to visit family, will definitely stay here next time!
