“What a great place to stay. Initially we had planned on staying at the resort, but took a chance and stayed here instead. What a blessing it turned out to be. This is a mixed use property that combines several floors condos that are managed as a hotel in combination with traditional condos. It was extremely quiet, clean, and the location was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids specifically asked to stay here next trip to CDA.”

“Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. ”

“Checked in on Sat May 16. Our 1st room toilet wouldn't flush. Took the top off & the latch inside kept coming off everytime you'd try to flush. Went to call the front desk, phone was unplugged. Then the buttons didn't work for front desk. Went down to ask for another room. 2nd room was same style room but the shower tub paint was literally peeling completely off as we were looking at it. Phone worked this time, called for a new room. They said all they have in the same style is accessibility...

“Love this hotel!!! Everything was beyond our expectations so if you have a chance to stay at one of the Davenport Hotels in Spokane (I think there are 3?) this one is amazing...our friends stayed at the Davenport Grand Hotel near convention center and comparing the two I loved ours for the old world charm and history of the place. Food at the restaurant was lovely and the ambience added such warmth to everything.”
