Being close to Tim’s II restaurant was a great perk as we were able to have family dinner for 11 people there with no issues. I would definitely rent this place again.”

“Amazing property! The refurbishment of this historic house is amazing. The kitchen is perfect for small groups or college graduation party. The "living room" and study were beautiful. The 3 large bedrooms upstairs were plush, comforting, and very charming. The basement living areas were also outstanding. We'll stay here every time we are in town.”

“I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best.
