“The apartment was comfortable and decorated very nice. Bed mattress/frame was squeaky. For coffee-there were pods but no Kerig and there were filters for the coffee maker but no coffee. It wasn’t too far to walk to town and that was fine because parking in Gruene looked challenging. I thought it was extremely high priced, especially with such an early check out (10.00 am). And for every extra hour you wanted to stay cost more and more. To get out of the room at 10 am was a money grab. Plus...

“The host was very accommodating, and the location couldn't have been better. Easy access on the first floor for older folks, close to town, with the beautiful river in the backyard. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Our group had 8 adults, and these condos worked out perfectly for us!! We took our own Floaties, but there are some there to use. The river is right down from the condos, and you can just hang out and float! The place was super clean, and Mark (the owner) as super easy to work with. ”

“We were two grandparents, four parents and a college student who gathered for another college student’s graduation. We found Serene Views to be full of thoughtful appointments. The rooms all had charging cords and comfy beds. The bathrooms all had toiletries. The kitchen had all the necessary items. We enjoyed the pool table and pool.
