“This property is the perfect combination of comfort and rustic. Our room had everything we needed for a short stay: living area with small fridge and microwave, a large bedroom with three comfortable beds, and a full bathroom. The AC and fans made it quite comfortable. This was upstairs, which was challenging for me. Next time I might choose a ground floor apartment or cabin. The best thing about this place is the beautiful scenery, hiking trails, farm animals, and other recreational amenities....

“This place is amazing! It is surrounded by a bunch of beautiful juniper trees which helps with the wind and also making it QUIET. You can step outside and not hear anything other than the sounds of nature. The property has lots going for it. The outdoor pool in the summer is a nice little area, volleyball, and little walking trails. If you're down in this area, give it a go!”

“Easy to find and plenty of parking. Very quiet - away from any busy streets. Close to our reunion site. Plenty of amenities: fully equipped kitchen (with some food!), welcome package, laundry, and lots of sleeping options and other spaces. ”

“It's a beautiful "little" home from the outside, but it's surprisingly spacious inside. It's very cute, comfortable, and well maintained. Lovely yard and our kids lived the swing set. We'll likely stay again. ”

“We loved Mindy’s cottage! The check in process was very smooth. It was just as it was listed. It was super clean and cute!! We came for side by side trip. We had plenty of space to park our truck and trailer. The beds were very comfy. There was plenty of towels and bedding. It was a nice place to come back to and relax after a long day of riding. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!”

“I spent the weekend here with some friends and it was incredibly relaxing. One of the things I always appreciate when walking into a vacation rental is a fresh, clean scent, and this place delivered, it was immaculate. Everything felt brand new and clearly well cared for. The beds were all very comfortable, and even the Murphy bed got great feedback from one of the adults who slept on it. “This property was originally built in 1851! Fully restored and upgraded while staying true to its pioneer roots. It is about a two minute walk to the Manti temple.The owners were more than generous with our checkout time and obviously take great pride in this historic home. The home easily fit 10 adults. We highly recommend it!”
