"This was my first visit to Lanesboro for a fly fishing adventure, and staying at the Green Gables Inn made the whole experience even more memorable! The room was spotless, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. The property itself is a gem—nestled right along the river, with beautiful gardens and plenty of peaceful spots to sit back and enjoy the view. Birdwatchers and wildlife lovers, take note: there’s no shortage of feathery and furry visitors to keep you company. The owners were absolutely wonderful—genuinely kind, welcoming, and full of great local tips. They made me feel like an old friend from the moment I arrived.
