“The place was clean, well decorated and the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and cookware. Beds were comfortable. Easy to find, nice location with quick access to downtown. My only complaint is the place smelled horribly of cigarettes. There was several glade plug ins, I guess to mask the smell, but it was still very strong. Even our clothing after leaving smelled. I didn't notice mention of it in other the reviews, so maybe it is something new, but either way was really disappointing for...

“So cozy and nice ”

“Very comfortable and had everything you need to feel at home!”

“Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋 (Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling)”

“Rick met us at the property. He showed us where we could keep our bikes and told us about some of the businesses in town. He gave us his phone number in case we needed anything. He was very pleasant.”

“Clean and great location! I didn’t realize there were 4 apartments above Koreanna, which made it a bit noisy at times. There could be more furniture in the living room. The kitchen was minimalist—it had a toaster oven, toaster, microwave and small refrigerator. It sleeps 7.”

“We loved that it is right on the street to everything.”

“Very comfortable apartment. Very clean.Wellness steps added up quickly, walking up and down to 3rd floor.”

“My friends and I stayed here over a weekend and everything was super nice, lots of room, and we were very happy with our stay ”

“Diana was so helpful with ideas for food in the area. Super friendly and adorable place. Will be back.”
