“Staff was super friendly, rooms were very nice and cleaned. Ac was cold and breakfast was great!”

I looked at him puzzled like what are you talking about and he said you gotta put your key in in order to turn on the light. That was not clear direction. I said I don’t know what you mean and he said - well. You gotta put it in the holder so when I got to the room, I finally understood, but it was not clear direction and he seemed annoyed. “Parking in driveway a mentioned. Swimming pool had no handrail and did not feel safe. Lock on the front door would not work middle of day. Furniture in the living room has an odor (probably body). Stay was ok”
