I believe this is our 4th time staying at this property. The host is very responsive and helpful. The house is clean, very well stocked with anything you can image to have a great vacation. When you arrive you feel as if you are entering a hotel. The detail they put into the theme is amazing. There is all the necessities and then some. The view and location is amazing and never gets old. Every day we people and manatee watch and even saw dolphins this time. We rowed, kayaked and floated every day. The host provides plenty of water crafts and we also brought our own. There are so many great places to enjoy nature and the home. To say we love this rental property is an understatement. It is a part of our family’s cherished vacation memories.

This home set the bar for rentals for us. It is in the perfect location on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was very clean and provided way more than we expected from a rental. The owners even came out on a Sunday to provide us with an extra kayak to make our river experience safe and comfortable. We had several close encounters with manatees, dolphins, a river otter, and lots of other wildlife. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place.

The house was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and an excellent location. The hot tub was very clean and nice after spending the day on the river in kayaks. Everything was as advertised and meet our expectations. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely book again.

We can’t rave enough about how wonderful our stay was in this gorgeous home on the best stretch of the Weeki Wachee River! The house has everything you could possibly need, which was a lovely surprise. And the Christmas tree, and holiday touches throughout the home really felt special. Our days revolved around the river…the house has the perfect placement of chairs to view it all day long when taking a break from kayaking. We paddled from morning to sundown each day, saw lots of manatees and birds, fished, and appreciated the many kayak and SUP options available to do so. We also loved that it’s just woods across from the back of the house and so we had morning coffee with the owls and belted kingfishers. Each room of the house is decorated in such a fun style, and our personal favorite was The Beach Boys room because our daughter is a big fan of theirs. This house has so much space for our family of 6, and we constantly would say “can you believe how awesome this home is?!”. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for providing such a perfect home and amenities!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. Everything was in perfect condition. House has high end finishes, well stocked and beds were all comfortable. The location on the river was amazing. We viewed manatees, turtles and fish from the balcony. We had fun using the hot tub, fishing poles and the kayaks. Kayaking on the river was a fantastic experience. We were sad to leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights here on the river. The view was beautiful and river access was very easy. We used the kayaks and SUP everyday, despite the temps being cool. Everything we needed for outdoor fun was supplied. We loved having a view straight from the house into trees, rather than another home.Decor in the house was fantastic. It felt like someone put a lot of thought into personal touches in every space. The house itself was very clean and also had everything we could want in a home away from home, from jigsaw puzzles to any possible kitchen tool. Super impressed with the en-suite shower with its quick hot water and amazing water pressure.Location was convenient to several good restaurants. Groceries and Wal-Mart are a short drive away, too. This was a great house and we would definitely come back to stay again!

5 out of 5 stars – An Unforgettable Family Getaway on the Weeki Wachee River!We just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful riverfront home, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location right on the Weeki Wachee River is pure magic—every morning, we’d wake up, brew some coffee, and slide open the huge glass doors to reveal that stunning turquoise blue water sparkling in the sunlight. It felt like stepping into a postcard!The amenities made our family vacation perfect. The provided kayaks and paddle boards were a huge hit—we spent hours paddling the crystal-clear river, spotting manatees and fish right below us. There’s a great fishing area off the backyard where the kids (and adults!) caught plenty, and evenings were spent relaxing in the hot tub, watching the sunset over the water.This house is ideal for families: spacious, well-equipped, and with direct river access that kept everyone entertained from dawn to dusk. The hosts thought of everything, and the whole experience created memories we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and more! Beautiful views from the upstairs deck. We watched manatees swim by everyday! My niece is a pastry chef and she had everything she needed in the kitchen to make us delicious treats! We walked to the Upper Deck for lunch and dinner a couple of times which was very convenient, great food! We made good use of the kayaks every day! Thank you Tonya and Toby for a magical stay.

This house has everything you need at your fingers tips! From the kitchen, bathrooms and outside. Very tastefully decorated, comfortable and ample room for our group of 5. The host is nice and easy to communicate with. It’s easy to get to and nice location on the water. The view from the house to the water is very pretty. You can kayak or walk to a near by restaurant that’s on the water as well. A near by rope swing was a plus for my granddaughter. I strongly suggest to kayak up river where there are no houses as the scenery is beautiful!

My wife and I have stayed at many rentals on vacation and this one is by far the best we’ve stayed in. The owners have put a lot of attention into the details of this home. The decorations are beautiful. All the accessories coordinate. It felt very much like home. The location on Weeki Wachee River near the park provided endless entertainment with people watching. My wife and I paddled all the way up to the top of the river (beware there is nowhere to get out and use the restrooms and refill water) it took us 4.5 hours round trip. We also paddled out to the ocean and saw a manatee on the way back. Later we took our pup swimming off the dock and a dolphin swam by! Loved this house and can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay. This is a very clean house right on the river. It's walkable to a nearby restaurant, park, and marina. There are several kayaks on the ground floor and a dock to launch them. Lots of seating on the ground floor, outside, and on the second-floor deck. There's a hot tub on the ground floor as well. We saw manatees and dolphins every day we were there. Be sure and kayak or boat upriver. There are several great spots to pull over and swim.
