Date night at the local Italian restaurant was perfect. The stable of kayaks needs some attention, but the host was helpful is getting us what we needed for four days on the amazing river. Also ask the host about launching your kayaks from Weeki Wachee State Park for the best experience!”

The only area and the reason that i lowered the overall rating was the advertised available equipment which was in disrepair. Two Kayaks had no back support, the third which had broken back support also had a hold in the kayak and took on water. One of two paddle boards needed air. There was an available pump. A kayak ride to Rogers Park. When tide was high we ran and jumped into the river. The baby even loved swimming everyday and chilling inside patio or out on dock. “We were impressed by the house upon first entering, the house is very spacious and very clean.”

“Very comfortable and clean home with access to the Weeki Wachee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoyed cruising the river and canal’s with provided kayaks. We enjoyed watching manatees and other critters swim up and down the crystal clear waters of the waters from the deck above. Would stay there again. ”

“Had a great stay here, the location is nice, the home very cozy and clean, the step down to the back of home can be challenging for some. The pontoon was not available to rent as the keys weren't there but that wasn't an issue we just went back for our boat. I would definitely stay here again. ”

The pool heater was a plus due to the temps this time of year, and so was the hot tub. The location is great - close to shopping and restaurants if needed.
