“This house was perfect for our party of 9! Check in was easy and the house was so clean when we arrived. Alan with the rental company was quick and clear in all communications. He sent reminders about trash pick up which was super helpful. We had 4 adults, 4 teenagers and a 9 year old with us. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and all the beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and a little of the basics (TP, paper towels, etc.) to get us...

The house is in a great spot; the area is not too busy or crowded but close to everything. The state park is super close; you can rent kayaks and go down and see the manatees. “Over all it exceeded our expectations! We loved the location near the water, charm of the home and abundance of wildlife. This homeowner loves his home and it shows. We just wished we had thought our trip through and stayed there for the entire week and commuted to Orlando. The only negative to our stay was we all bang our toes on the metal bed frames. But the mattress more than made up for the black and blue toes.”
