My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. “This was an excellent location near PSU for our family to stay for my sons PSU Grad/Senior Week. Cute and comfortable home with a mix of antique furniture and modern accents. Would be a great location for all PSU events located in a quiet/“nicer” neighborhood thats down the road from one of the local favorites “Waffle House” and several stores/restaurants. “The house was roomy and clean. Well stocked for everything we needed. Enough room for all 7 of us, plus enough space to host a family of 10 dinner.”

“Communication with host was easy from the start. Questions answered and timely responses. The cottage was just on the edge of Boalsburg which was wonderful and a safe location. The house had everything needed for our family and pet. The backyard was large but shared and our pup did not do well with the chicken coop. Overall the stay was nice and we so much appreciated having all the amenities of home.”
