âThe bed linens were dirty. There were hairs , dark stains, and gel like stains on the most of the sheet/linens/duvet . The host was responsive, apologized and offered to have the cleaners come. Initially I declined, thinking we could change own sheets and get on with our vacation. While doing that, we could not find any that were not stained. I then contacted the host and asked for the cleaners to come. We never heard back from them .I contacted VRBO and had a case opened but no one has...
