“A very calm, comfortable property. The single-car garage and fenced yard made my choice easy! And Ashley was very willing to take care of a minor accommodation for my disability when asked. She also was always polite and courteous. I stayed here for a mental health retreat, soaked in the calm of the location, and left feeling refreshed.I traveled with a dog and my only hiccup was not with the property itself but not realizing there are two large, loud dogs next door. Just letting my dog out...

“Very conveniently located a 9 minute walk from downtown. Beautifully decorated and stoked with supplies you may forget or need. Only complaint is there no microwave so if you're staying for more than a few nights or want a late night munchie you're kinda SOL. This is not fault of the host but there is a family located downstairs who smoke and have a dog who will bark at and playfully chase you ”

“Property was centrally located and in an excellent location for the Route 66 ballpark. The rooms were clean and the kitchen space was nice to have. The furniture was a bit outdated and not very comfortable. The lighting and air conditioning was also not the best but sufficient. Overall, it worked for us for a weekend stay.......”

“Great space that is exactly as listed, and convenient to local shops and attractions. Wonderful host who is very accommodating. Parking is very convenient and there is an awesome coffee shop called GW right next door. Also, there is a hidden gem called Sands Cafe right down the road that has great breakfast options. You can’t go wrong with this stay.”

“We loved staying in this Tiny Home. It was clean and cute, in the country but very close to shopping and restaurants in Nixa. We wanted something different from a cookie-cutter hotel and we were not disappointed. It is less than 20 mins from Springfield attractions and about 45 from Branson. Our host kept us updated on all check in and check out procedures. Don’t let the ladder to the loft scare you - the bed is so comfy and the view is also nice. 5 stars in my book - no complaints!”
