Wish the weather cooperated so we could have enjoyed the backyard and/or kayaked, fished, or swam ... but there's always next time - and we will for sure be back (possibly May 2025 for her graduation at Millikin!). “We were delighted with The Bressmer. The ground floor is very large with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a game room, a writing room, full kitchen and dining room. The rooms are beautifully decorated in Victorian style. We felt so special staying at The Bressmer we didn't want to leave. ”

“We stayed in the blast from the blast apartment. And it really was. Each room featured items from the late 60's through the 90's. ie a cb radio, a TV in a console, 45 rpm records, painting by number pictures, a psychedelic hide out. It is just fun. The front yard/garden is wild and beautiful. The kitchen has modern appliances. I can't say enough about this place.”

“Location is great, close to everything we wanted to do. House was clean and as described. Bathrooms are like a jack in jill style, one toilet off common area and other off master bed room which lead to a shared tub/shower. We really liked this with details noting only one full bath. Use of the garage was nice also. Neighbor was very quiet. We also tripped on the rug under the dining room table many times. Thank you, we had a great stay”

“We had a nice stay at the Holiday House. The decorations made it extra fun! We had 3 adults and 5 small kids — it was nice to let the kids play with toys and in the yard while adults hung out. The hosts were great! We had no issues with our stay, but the hosts were quick to respond when we asked for a recommendation for St. Patrick’s Day festivities.”
