“Helt okej hotell men det som inte framgår eller är missvisande på bilderna är att hotellet INTE ligger vid stranden. Hotellet har en liten pool vid stranden men det är ca 5-10 minuters promenad dit. Det skulle även finnas gratis wi-fi på området men det var otroligt svajigt. På vårt rum kunde vi endast få signal ute på terrassen och vid poolområdet fungerade det ibland men oftast inte. Vi ringde deras IT-support för att få hjälp med problemet men märkte ingen större skillnad efter kontakten...

“The place is a family friendly safe location to stay. The attendant that works and maintain the cleanliness of the 9th floor is outstanding and very kind her name is Juliet. One thing that the place can’t control but can probably do something in the future is to make sure that there rules is be followed by guest, we are family of 5 with young children and we are non smokers at night we smell people smoke and my children's are very sensitive and health conscious with it. “The pools were amazing and in sun if you wanted to tan. There was also 2 pool completely inside. Staff was friendly. They had security keeping people safe and would do their best to help if you needed it even if it was car trouble. They took trash out daily. Good food good drinks”

“We had a mishap with the car rental company in Greenville. I called the hotel and they assured me that even though I was running late, the room was still available to us. Check in was quick and smooth. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. “The property was as described with no issues. Pools were clean and bar area downstairs too. All the staff were polite. I would say only a couple issues. Bring your own reusable plates/bowls for rooms. There is a sink to wash them but no dishware or washing liquid in the room i was in.
