“Perfect location on a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely deck facing the lake shore. Short walk to a small playground and beach. Our adult son took daily extended bike rides around the area. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a kitchen stocked for cooking in. Restaurants and grocery store minutes away. Our highlight was seeing juvenile eagles fishing in the lake.”

“We had my best friends Bachelorette party here. She wanted a relaxing stay by the water and that's what this was. Plenty of room for all 10 of us to be cozy and hang out. We loved the doc and were able to have our sunrise cruise pull up right to us ! Beautiful sunrises every morning and a nice place to make a meal. It was a great experience and a beautiful relaxing, peaceful time celebrating our friend!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. For me, one of the properties biggest highlights was the elbow room between you and the neighbors. Lots of space. The property description is very accurate when it came to accessing the water so be sure to read it carefully to make sure it is for you. I found lots of fossils along the shore which was an added bonus!!”

“Being able to get on early was really nice. The house has everything you need and lot of extras like lots of board games and toys in the garage our grandson loved playing with them. Could get the TV to work but that was ok. The weather was excellent and we were outside all day we rented a pontoon boat at the marine. We had 2 campfires while we were there. The neighbors were very nice .”

“The house was quiet, comfortable and cozy. It was wonderful to be right on the lake and to have use of the canoe. Trent was great to deal with, very communicative and gave us lots of hints and tips for the area.”

“This property was perfect. Location was great, nestled between Keuka State Park and Sugar Creek, we could walk to a small preserve and to the State Park. Close to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and more. The house literally sits on the water and it's easy for kids to walk in. There is a large side yard as well. The house was clean and roomy for three of us. The welcome package was great - we had a dog and they included dog treats and a ball! Loved everything about this place.”

“The property was as described. The host’s were available when needed and responded quickly to concerns. The house had lots of extras: towels, games, plenty of cleaning products, paper products, and a well stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic- close to town and a short walk to the lake! We enjoyed our stay! This was a great spot for a multi generational getaway- plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! ”

“Plenty of windows, excellent lake frontage. We came for my birthday weekend. There are 2 bedrooms and a "loft" bed in the dining room. 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Outside there is a room with couch and tv for extra people, but no bathroom. Kitchen was very well appointed. Kayaks and canoes were available to use as well! They sealed the road the day before we arrived making getting in and out a pain, as well as deliveries. The only things I'd change are: putting a tv in the living room, a...

“Very well kept accommodations in a quiet country setting, but close to all Canandaigua has to offer. The partially fenced yard was perfect for our dog. ”
