“The cabin was nice. The listing was not clear as to which cabin had an unobstructed view of the water. We were booked in the Garden cottage. It sets behind the other two cabins. You can see the water between the other two buildings. The cabin was comfortable and in a convenient location. ”

“Very clean and recently updated. Had all the basic amenities you would need. No wifi or cable but it work fine for us. It's a place you would spend most time outside. Close to town if you need supplies. Neighborhood is friendly. Canoe and kayak rentals are close, which we used but they are seasonal. Maybe this host will supply them in the future. Nice golf course close by. Local attractions are short drive and Oscoda is about 30 min drive. Very relaxing weekend for us. The deck view is why this...

“We had a great time at our stay on Hubbard Lake. The owner lives right across the street so he is there if you need anything but never once made us feel as if we were being watched. I have stayed elsewhere where we felt as if the owner watched us the entire stay. This was not the case here! We had a great time. If I had to be picky and complain about something I would say it can get a little warm in the cabins with no ac but it was over 90 our entire stay. Also, the parking is very limited.”

“My husband and I fell in love with Lovango Hideaway the minute we opened the gate. All four cottages are cute and well-maintained. The grounds were lovely, and being right there at the beach was such a treat! The cottage had everything we needed and was super-comfortable. We wanted a getaway from the noise and traffic of the city and found it here. We can't wait to return!”

“Had a nice weekend staying in this cabin. It's very clean with plenty of room. The kitchen is bright and inviting and it was nice to sit at the table to enjoy morning coffee. The ceiling fans, variety of lighting options and abundance of outlets were a bonus. The owner is flexible and helpful if you have any questions.
