"I had a very pleasant stay at Bedford Hotel. The location is excellent—it's within walking distance of the British Museum, Oxford Street, bus stops, and Underground stations, making it very easy to explore London. There are also many supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby. I stayed in a single room, which was comfortable and well suited for one person. The reception staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food to start the day. Overall, I would recommend Bedford Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a convenient central London location."

"Our stay at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from Big Ben, the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, and many other iconic attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring London with our family. The hotel is modern, stylish, exceptionally clean, and surprisingly quiet despite its central location. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and all facilities were maintained to a very high standard. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Imran Riaz, who welcomed guests at breakfast each morning. His genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism stood out immediately. He greeted everyone with a smile, remembered returning guests, made our daughter feel special, and created such a welcoming atmosphere that breakfast became one of the highlights of our stay. Beautiful hotels can be found everywhere, but exceptional people are rare. Imran is a true asset to Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, and he made an already wonderful experience even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team, we’ll definitely be back!"

"This place is definitely not four-star!!! It was three-star. But I liked it. 👍 Lucretia, the cleaner, was good. But lots of stains around an outlet that wasn't cleaned throughout. Disturbing. Lights in the room that kept turning on and off at all hour of the night were very irritating!! Seemed like it was connected to an anadjacent room?! Got better though. Breakfast was not priceworty as to quality and inhouse restaurant was mediocre."
