“Cute garage apartment less than a 15 minute walk to historic area down pretty residential streets. Small efficiency kitchen with full size microwave, fridge and stove. No dishwasher but, we didn’t really use kitchen so, it was fine. This apartment is above a dettached garage to the left of house. You enter thru a gate between garage and house a the stairs are right there. Someone mentioned a dark hallway in a review but, everything was easy access and well lit so I’m not sure what they were...

“We had an awesome time here it was the perfect place. It was very convenient to everything. We wanted to do. very clean. Everything we needed. We brought our bikes with us and were able to store them out in the fenced in back patio when we weren’t using them. We definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area and we will definitely stay there again if we ever get back to Saint Augustine!! ”

“We stayed in the cottage while our extended family stayed in a beach condo. The cottage was better than the pictures and worked great for my wife and I. The cottage was well stocked and helped us enjoy our stay. Check in was easy and the host was very communicative. We could not have asked for more. We also say plenty of wildlife from birds to turkey, deer, and armadillos ”

“I really enjoyed this place. Is very quiet, lots of trees around. And a great yard with a grill. I used that grill many times. ”

“Internet was hit or miss but with the vintage style of the home and area we didn’t mind turning our screens off and enjoying the board games and walking around the area.”
