Take an easy half-mile walk over the iconic Bridge of Lions right into the center of the Historic District where you can explore the history of oldest European settlement in America and also some of the newest trends in dining. You will appreciate the close proximity to island attractions as well, such as St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, The Alligator Farm, Anastasia State Park, The St. Augustine Ampitheatre, and restaurants and bars, all within 1.5 miles of the home. A bike ride or short drive will get you to the beach either at the Anastasia State Park or the St. Augustine Beach strip which has several parking areas. The home is equipped with a hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. If you decide to bring your boat along, the Lighthouse marina is located within the neighborhood and offers a ramp for access to the water.

A large, modern kitchen is open to the dining and family room, which open out through french doors to gorgeous "outdoor living" space. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
