Relaxing getaway

This cottage was the perfect little getaway that we were looking for. Beautiful view, quiet and relaxing. The cottage had everything we needed and yet it was close enough to Saint Augustine to enjoy a nice night out. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. Communication with the owner very pleasant and prompt. Very helpful with the only small issue we had (Wifi). Check in - check out process easy. Neighborhood and property very nice. We would highly recommend this place unless you are looking for the latest and greatest.

You will not be disappointed I was a lil skeptical at first too book but made the right decision if you love being out in the country right on the river this is the perfect breathing spot for you and your family they make you feel so at home beautiful view, coziness just cute!! Peaceful River bungalow!

Fantastic little bungalow to relax in and watch the sunsets and enjoy the view of the St John's river. The screened in porch was great to escape the mosquitoes. Charming place. It had everything you could think of including a comfortable bed! Close to St Augustine if you want to visit. I would love to come back someday.

Best little bungalow by the river!

This was the cutest little bungalow. Best weekend in a long time! You're not close to anything and the quiet around you is amazing. The huge trees covered in spanish moss are beautiful and the view of the river is awesome. The bed was super comfy and all the little extras by the host were perfect. I am definately coming back again!!

Absolutely amazing 3 nights stay (not enough)! Will certainly be back. The cabin is clean, cozy, with everything a family may need while away from home. Truly felt like home and can’t wait to come back. Serene and safe. About 15 minutes to the local farmers store that had everything one could imagine. Lots of sightseeing and only 30 minutes away from the beaches and the old town. Perfect location. Just absolutely loved it, and once again cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much!

This was a beautiful little cottage with a great view of sunsets. It was located a little further away from St. Augustine than I would have like, but it was, otherwise a wonderful little cottage, peaceful river views

Anniversary

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary. We needed somewhere quiet and this was perfect!! Sometimes life just gets too hectic and we needed relaxation!! Loved sitting outside looking at the river.

A beautiful, peaceful river retreat!

My wife and I stayed there for 5 nights, with a friend of ours joining us from Gainesville for 2 of those nights. It was an extremely convenient 30 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and we will definitely stay there again. It's perfect for either staying put the whole time or checking out the surrounding area (Angel's Diner in Palatka is a must!). Sunsets were incredible and the neighbors super friendly. The only "meh" was the bathroom, a little tight if you're 6'2" and 240lbs, but that's not why we rented the place. Thank you for an amazing stay, we look forward to visiting again!!!

Best stay EVER

My wife and I honeymooned down the East Coast, staying at 2 other VRBOs and a luxury hotel along the way. This was our last, and BEST stay of the trip. The owners are very personal, friendly, and helpful. Our stay started that morning, with a text from the owners telling us to check in anytime. When we arrived we found a hand written card in the very tidy and comfortable little house blessing our new marriage. We felt for the first time that we were at home. Location felt safe and beautiful. Amenities were phenomenal. Definitely recommend and would love to return in the future!
