Denna studio är en bakre enhet med egen ingång, queen size-säng, central luft / värme, WiFi, kabel-TV och ett kök med ett stort kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och Keurig kaffebryggare. Badrummet har ett stort duschsteg och det finns ett arbetsstation / sminkbord för din bekvämlighet. Platsen är supercentrale två kvarter från Bayfront och steg från Flagler College Campus. This was a great stay! We came for a wedding, and it was the perfect location. Great size for two nights for my boyfriend and I. We enjoyed the deck outside too!

This was our first stay here and we are hoping to book again next year. We love the location, if you are not familiar with St. Augustine, the Spanish St. location is central (walking distance) to just about everything downtown. There are literally dozens of restaurants, bars/pubs, coffee shops and gift shops just a few steps away. The unit was small & cozy perfect for two adults. Parking was included at the downtown garage which was a REALLY nice bonus! The host was attentive and communication was prompt, including an easy check-in and out process. Five stars all the way.

GREAT LOCATION! We were steps away from St. George street and were able to walk everywhere which made it so fun! They have you park for free in the parking garage about an 8 minute walk away after you drop your belongings, and then you don't need your vehicle at all. It is a small unit, but it was perfect and cozy for my husband and I! The host was very kind and communicative. We wish we had stayed here every visit to St. Aug!

Perfect location to historic district near St George and bay front. Free parking provided in city garage but we opted for the convenient pay by the day lot across the street. The seating could be more comfortable. The new back deck was a nice surprise and ideal.

Fantastic location, one block off St George. We had all the amenities we needed. Only drawback was delivery trucks at 6:30 in the morning with their backup alerts! We would definitely stay again, and recommend this place highly.

Excellent location, excellent host, excellent bed and room in unique private space with private entry. Loved the ease of walking everywhere. This is on of my favorite places I’ve traveled to and stayed for a few days while attending a wedding.

The location is amazing and the accommodations were very comfortable for my husband and I. We parked at the free parking that was available with the house. We didn’t move it until we left to go home. The host was very communicative and responsive and he was able to allow us an early check in. We will be back!

Great location in historical St Augustine. Bed was comfortable and the property had everything needed for the two nights we were in town. Lovely outdoor shaded deck area that had lights at night. The place was on the smaller size but seemed larger due to very good usage of space. Joe was very responsive and a wonderful host!

Check in was very easy! Location is absolutely fantastic! My only tip would be to remind people checking out to swipe the parking card even if the gate is already open when leaving the Cordova Parking Garage. Otherwise, when new guests arrive and park, the garage will show someone already parked inside.

Me and my husband stayed for our anniversary and it was the perfect hideaway! The location is so close to St. George street and all the attractions nearby! The parking lot is around a 10 minute walk but you are provided a parking pass that lets you park for free which is an amazing gift!! My husband and I absolutely adored the hideaway! The owner left clean towels and was quick to respond to my questions/messages. The area was perfect for a couple wanting to have a few days together, we will be visiting again!!
