Fantastisk plats! Beläget i den eklektiska uptown området. Njut av vår lugna och fredliga på första våningen med fullt utrustat kök. Dubbelsäng och soffa / säng.
Mycket kort promenad (100 yards) till butiker, restauranger, cykel och skoter uthyrning samt attraktioner. Stranden är också en kort 10 minuters bilresa till antingen Vilano Beach eller st. Anastasia State Park.
Detta är en bra plats att parkera bilen och inte köra igen tills du lämnar. Lägenheten har allt du behöver. Sovrummet har en bekväm dubbelsäng. Badrummet är utrustat för antingen en dusch eller ett badkar. Vår vardagsrummet finns en soffa som också fungerar som en hopfällbar säng. Matsalen sitter i en ljus och solig hörn av lägenheten, perfekt att sitta och njuta av kaffe från bryggaren i köket. Köket är välutrustat och har alla nödvändigheter för måltider hemma eller bara en enkel kopp kaffe. Du hittar lägenheten vara mycket ren, säker, rökfri och bekväm. TV i apt bara spelar Netflix, anvisningarna för TV i lägenheten. Det finns ingen avgift för någon av de filmer eller visar på Netflix.

Lägenheten ligger i den eklektiska uptown området st. Augustine. Detta område är mest känt för sin unika antikaffärer och även kallas den antika distriktet. Det finns många stora viktoriansk stil hem till små, pittoreska stugor. Detta område är gångavstånd till Castillo fort, Bay Front och resten av historiska st. Augustine.

It was a quaint and charming little apartment. Carl was very responsive to my texts. It was located close to town. It does need some kitchen updates and we had to wash everything coming out of drawers and cabinets that we used because there was dried food on it. We stayed there in between 2 cruises in Jacksonville. It would be great for a one nighter, but in our circumstance it was very tight for 4 nights. On the whole, it was a cute place.

Great stay and a very convenient location. Close enough to walk if you’re up for it, and nice to have a parking spot to rely on. Unit was clean and well taken care of. The shower head is kind of short so if you’re over 5’8” you’ll probably have to duck a bit. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was clean and decorated in a very cute style. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals (except we couldn't find an oven mitt). We also felt very safe staying in the place. What we enjoyed most about this apartment was its convenient location. We could walk to lots of shops and restaurants, or walk to the nearest trolley stop. The beach and nearest grocery store were also a convenient 5 minute drive away. My one critique with this apartment is that the description on this website said it had a couch that could turn into a pullout bed. When we arrived, we found out that was not the case. Instead, a member of my family had to sleep on a blow up mattress that slowly deflated as the night went on.

This was my second time at this location. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a little area in back with a table and chairs for morning coffee. Shops and St George street are very close by. Onsite parking was definitely a plus.

The host was east to work with. The info he supplied on accessing the unit was clear and we had no problems. The unit was cute, perfect size for a couple, it was clean and enjoyed the outside area. Also, it was very close to things, we walked to where the tram ride was for the Christmas lights. Really enjoyed our stay.

Carl was a great host and made sure we were all set for our stay, without being overbearing. I will definitely stay here on our next trip to St. Augustine.

Great price for the area and great location! Host was very nice and had their family member help me out with getting the Netflix back. The only thing I’d say is the property is a little outdated and could use an extractor fan in the bathroom. But other than that very happy with my stay and would happily stay there again!

Great location! Space was perfect for our quick weekend trip. Less than a 10 minute walk to the gates at St. George street and the rest of the sites. Would definitely stay again if I was back in the area! Only minor feedback for host I have would be to possibly add some curtains to bedroom window. Blinds worked alright but did not block out sun in the morning. Besides that everything about our stay was excellent!

Perfect location! And easy entry with good directions. However the apartment seemed unloved and lacked simple considerations for renters. No screens on windows or patio door meant a/c was required despite nice weather. Musty smell and very noisy a/c had us long to open the windows. No place to put our clothes, closet full of cleaning stuff and dusty shelves in night tables. No outlets near bed nor ‘tv’, a couple of extension cords required please. Functional kitchen but two can openers and two corkscrews but no good knife. Clock stuck at 7, I mean a simple battery is too much? Overall, expensive for the ambience.

Unit was charming, (classic old-school St Augustine). It was clean and had all the amenities we needed! We live in Florida and just popped in for a concert at the AMP, but it would be a great location just to explore the area, too! Nice restaurants and shops around the corner, and tons to do within walking distance. Host was very communicative, and all instructions were wonderfully clear! Only criticism is the loudness of the AC split unit (it wasn't sleep-interrupting or anything like that-- but we had to turn up the TV higher than usual and Duolingo required a little extra oomph). Would stay again (and probably will!)
