"Located on main street with large parking and nice garden behind the hotel. Easy access to train and beach some 15 minutes walk away. Well maintained room and newly renovated bathroom. Coffee and tea in room, several breakfast options. Dog friendly place and friendly staff. Clean and a good spot for an overnight stay in the area"

"Overall a great stay and we'll go again given the opportunity, even if the shower was a bit tricky. Really friendly staff, evening dinner and breakfast delicious with big portions, even a small portion of the Cumbrian kept us going the whole day."

"First of all, big shoutouts to the amazing staff! Andy, Wayne, Greg, and all the rest. You made my stay a joy. The room I stayed in was bigger than I expected, given the building looking quite small and old from the outside. The condition was good but not perfect, but not less than you’d expect from the price and general appearance of the place. The food in the restaurant was great and decently priced. I liked that the pub was crowded with people not staying at the inn, which to me is a proof of quality. I’m not gonna write a whole lot more about this place because I want to keep it for myself :)"
