“I booked a two-room unit through Expedia, but upon arrival, we discovered there were no two-room units available at all. Confused, we sought help at a busy pizza restaurant in front of the building, which appeared to function as the makeshift check-in desk. The manager reviewed a handwritten list of names and prices and said, “We weren’t expecting you,” then gave us a key to a much smaller, one-room unit. Attempts to contact the owner through Vrbo messaging (as instructed) went unanswered....

“The house was perfect for our family reunion. We had 12 adults and 13 children ranging from 8 months to 18 years old. The upstairs had a great area for the kids (cousins) to sleep, play, and enjoy each other’s company. There are 4 bunk beds in the common area upstairs with 2 bedrooms that exit out into this area. “Its a nice house, kitchen is pretty big, and dining area is nice, the front room area is a little smaller then it seemed in the listing, but thats ok. The spa was nice, though a little hard to find your way too. The tennis/basketball court was nice also. “Location was great. Amenities was great. But you can tell the condo has been neglected. The ceiling fans were full of dust. When we turned it on dust went flying everywhere. You can definitely tell that the cleaners they have just do bare minimum to get the next folks in the room afterwards. The property manager was very communicative and was able to answer questions we had. ”
