“This place is just as the listing states. A small studio in a residential area only a few blocks from the lake. It was a great place to stay with my dogs. Karen is very responsive, so while I had an issue with the AC when I was there, Karen had it corrected as soon as she was able. The studio is convenient to restaurants, shops and is only about a half hour drive from the tourist areas. I enjoyed walking my dog down to Lakeside Park. Although the area has limited sidewalks, there is a street two...

“The host was EXCEPTIONALLY flexible and reasonable when booking. There was a change in scheduling on my end and the VRBO platform was a trainwreck. BUT! The property host came to the rescue! The apartment was clean, safe, private, and easy to access. I got a great night's sleep in the king-sized bed. I really didn't use the amenities since I was in town on business- in and out. It was so nice to have a hassle-free experience.”

“This place is nice. Easy access and the pools are nice. Property is a bit dated but for the price you can’t beat it. I will stay here again.”

“Good price and very comfortable”

“Clean place, only thing we would change is add blackout curtains. The outside lights are very bright and cannot be turned off.”

“Good place”

“This place is NOT as advertised and is absolutely HORRIBLE! Sketchy old hotel that has no signage. Not an apartment! Smelled TERRIBLE and pungent in the hallway and like smoke in the room. Not renovated. Fridge not clean. CASH DEPOSIT only! NO WIFI. Nobody there between 11-7 and absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone during those times! Not even in case of emergency I was told!! And the Fire alarm went off for well over an hour in the middle of the night and nobody came! Woke up my 4yo...

“OYO tricked me. It is an Econolodge. They charge cash deposit which they refund at checkout. Renovation is not complete. Outdated and extremely old property condition.”

“Everything about this place is perfect for a weekend getaway! We come and stay here once a year to visit the springs and this time we went to Kelly Springs which is 30mins away and we had the most amazing time. I really needed a blender for my morning smoothies and the host were so kind to let me borrow one. Thank goodness! I highly recommend this home!”

“The place was exactly like the photos. It was clean and we had everything we needed for our entire stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full dinner. The resort amenities was perfect for my kids, they loved the lazy river. The host was super helpful with a small issue I had and responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely book this place again.”
