Cornish Pearl ligger i hjärtat av St Ives stad där en kort promenad leder dig till Fore Street med alla sina affärer, kaféer, Cornish pubar, restauranger och gallerier och St Ives hamn och strand, där det är en glädje att vara när som helst året, särskilt så om du är med i din fyrbenta vän! Trevligt inredda med din komfort och värme i åtanke, Cornish Pearl är idealisk för en familj på sex + baby eller för par som vill ha det speciella avbrottet. Cornish Pearl är ett populärt fritidshus för personer som gifter sig i stan eller om du är speciellt inbjudna gäster eftersom huset är tillräckligt rymligt för alla de extra speciella artiklarna för en speciell dag

Stadshuset är baserat på tre våningar med vardagsrum, matplats, kök och tvättstuga på bottenvåningen, två sovrum, familjebadrummet och separat toalett och handfat på andra våningen och det underbart ljusa loft rummet ligger på tredje våningen. Ca 50 meter bakom Cornish Pearl är en mycket bekvämt privatägd lön- och bildparkering. Det finns en alternativ parkeringsplats två minuter bort vid. en billigare taxa

Boendet består av sittande / matsal med L-formad soffa, snuggle stol och badstol, fotpall, TV / Smart DVD-spelare där du kan få tillgång till Netflix eller Iplayer, gasbrand, bord med fyra stolar och bänk, iPod dockningsstation, Wi- Fi, DVD och spel
Kök med elektrisk ugn och spis, diskmaskin, kyl / frys, kaffebryggare och mer. Dörren leder till
Tvättrum med tvättmaskin, område för att hänga våtdräkter mm och bakdörr till liten förvaringsplats på baksidan. Priset på fastigheten inkluderar sängkläder, handdukar, te och kaffe till ankomst och välkomstpaket för alla som bokar en vecka eller mer.

Unfortunately we arrived to a house that needed cleaning. Myself and hubby spent the first 45mins cleaning it. We only cleaned the basics but it really needed a good clean everywhere and furniture pulling out. Also it was tired and could do with some TLCFor us as a family , It’s was under the acceptable standards but the type of people we are we just made it our home and made the most of our stay and had a wonderful few days. Nice touch having a Christmas tree and a few Christmas decorations around. We appreciated this . Thank you

Upon arrival we obtained the key from the lock box and we were able to park our car opposite the unit which was super convenient. The Cornish Pearl is very well located being very close to downtown and the waterfront. The accommodation was spacious for 4 people. The kitchen had all the amenities for preparing meals. The sleeping accommodation was comfortable although we had to negotiate two flights of stairs. The unit was clean and tidy. What we enjoyed most was walking distance to everything we needed including a doctor’s surgery which was needed by a member of our group of 4.

Perfect home base in St. Ives

We enjoyed our week in St. Ives and this rental made it easy. It is conveniently located within a short walk to the bus, grocery store, harbour and beaches. The space is beautifully decorated with all of the modern conveniences we needed over the course of the week. We would recommend this rental without hesitation and would love to return.

Great stay in St Ives

We appreciated this comfortable holiday home close to the centre of St Ives but just far enough to be away from the crowds. Great location, house was exactly as pictured. Easy check in and good communication with the owners. Thanks for a great stay.

Great position with parking

Highly recommend the Cornish Pearl

Loved this house - so comfortable with everything you need for a great holiday next to the sea! The hosts are very friendly, responsive and helpful. Convenient lock box for key made for easy check-in. The house has been used by the host family for their holidays which gives it a wonderful personal touch - great games, books, very functional kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal. Really felt at home here - the decor is beautiful. The location is great - short walk to the centre of St Ives and the beaches. Would highly recommend - wished we had the time to stay longer!!

Family holiday

We had a weeks’ holiday in the Cornish Pearl with our 2 daughters and dog. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in St Ives & was in a great location, just near enough to the town and the beaches but far enough away to escape and have some peace and quiet. The hosts were very helpful and answered any queries we had promptly. We would definitely go to St Ives and stay at the Cornish Pearl again.

St Ives - Easter 2024

A wonderful property in the best location. It’s clean, it’s well looked after and the car parking space is an absolute gem!!! The owners are really helpful and look after their guests by going the extra-mile when you arrive - I won’t spoil the surprise! The local pubs are a stone throw away and are all very welcoming. The bakery in town was the only thing that was disappointing. Everything was sold out by 9am! You need to get there early e.g. 7.45am. We will definitely consider staying again. Thank you!

Wonderful gem near the heart of St. Ives

We loved everything about the property, all the amenities we needed, great location, free parking, and excellent hosts. Very clean and well kept. The only minor drawbacks we could note was compared to US standards the shower stall was a bit small, but that’s to be expected I think. Also a clothing dryer would have been nice but it certainly was not a deal breaker. Overall we were very happy with the home as well as the helpfulness of the hosts. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting St. Ives.

A happy place

The property was as described, the hosts couldn’t of been more helpful. The house had lovely quirky bits and bobs, was beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped. The weather was a mixed bag but we had a great time and will certainly be re-booking 😀⭐️👍
