“This is a truely special place to stay , nestled in the hill too if Carbis bay it boasts a FANTASTIC view of the sea from every bedroom. The access to the beach is only a 5 min walk but a very steep one so good shoes recommended ! The house was well appointed although I do recommend doing a food shop before you arrive as once you arrive you won’t want to leave !! We all enjoyed our stay , thankyou ”

“good location ,steep hill from beach to house , nice sun trap rear yard 2 parking spaces for cars difficult if both cars are long , good sea views over graveyard , weather very good would go again to same property”

“This cosy cottage, tucked away in the trees on this delightful holiday park was just perfect. We lost count of the number of different birds we heard and saw. It was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. The cottage was spotless and warm, and a bonus bottle of wine and box of cakes were waiting on the table for us. What more could anyone ask?!”

“Looks lovely online but quite tired and shabby in practice- bare copper pipes, stained blinds and setee which looks smart in photos had a cheap ,illfitting throw over it. Didn’t want to even sit on it as felt dirty.House between fish and chip shop backing onto car park. Very smelly but on the plus side, close to harbour and beaches. Good having somewhere to park car but garage tiny and over a half an hour walk away”
