“The host was welcoming and polite. Our flight was very delayed, due to weather, resulting in a late arrival. We had to call the host around 10 pm and Alex answered the phone and assisted us in finding the correct entrance and running to the grocery store for water and a little food. “This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!”
