“Had great time at the house. It's very large and was stocked with enough bath towels and dishes. We loved having access to the pool and gym. The ac kept the entire house very cool. We also loved the oversized washer and dryer. My only recommendation is to replace the beach umbrella and add a few more beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!”

“It is as advertised: a great place to stay with or without your pet, though it is optimized for your dog. The bungalow has a nice, artsy feel but while still being comfy. Sammy, the Catahoula, was right at home with plenty of corners to sniff and even a doggie door. The double gated entrance was an excellent touch to keep you pets from getting loose. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of sidewalks, perfect for the pup. We're looking forward to staying here again. ”

“Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything...

“Check in was made easy by the host. I received an email with a code for the door and that took care of check in!The kitchen/living room open concept was great for the many family meals we prepared. Since we did a lot of in-house cooking, we would have liked to have had a few sharper knives in the kitchen, but made do with what was there. We were thankful for the dishwasher !”

“The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience.”
