“There were 5 of us all in our early 60s. There was so much room in this house! Big kitchen and 2 living room areas. Great master bed and bath. The backyard was the gem of this property. Pool and outdoor cabana were perfect to spend a hot day lounging around the pool. Lots of shade if you need it. Location of the house is perfect! You could walk across the Bridge of Lyons to the historic district. The host was very responsive to our quick questions. We will definitely be back!”

“This property was very nice for a small family. The only thing I found lacking was the second bath. The shower is in terrible shape. It definitely needs to be replaced. The master bath was wonderful with a huge shower. It was in a good location as well.”

PERFECT location, nice layout with plenty of privacy for all four of us (wife and i were on top floor, everyone else on second floor with their own rooms.) Short walk to beach access, plenty of stores and restaurants around, Short drive to UNF or downtown. Will definitely stay here again whenever i am in town.”

The owner went above and beyond with insuring all the little details were covered. Even left a birthday card and balloons for my sister and myself. “We loved the house and location. House was very clean. The only thing I can say about the house is that the TV's in bedrooms need to be Smart TV's. We basically only got minimal channels. Also, mattress needs to be updated in bedroom downstairs. Overall, great house with lots of room and very nice pool.”

In was in a very cute neighborhood just a few houses from the beautiful Magnolia street and close to Fountain of youth facility. Megan’s place was very clean and stocked well. Easy check in and check out. We walked to and from historic area, fort and restaurants and bars. Would stay again.”

“Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at this home! The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mother and father in law (so they could avoid the stairs) and the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs is very spacious. The other two bedrooms and the other bath upstairs are more the “normal” size but still very nice! Tons of extra bedding if you need it. Backyard area and pool well kept as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it !”
