“Perfect setting for our family vacation with our college age kids and friends. We very much enjoyed the pool snd the Reggae Bar that is just a short distance away.”

“Absolute Paradise - The perfect beachfront getaway in NevisOur stay at this beautiful beachfront villa in Nevis was nothing short of magical. The location could not have been better, with the beach at the bottom of the garden, and with Nesbitt Plantation being closed, it becomes your own personal beach. Don't forget to take the beach chairs, they look small but they are very comfortable. Take time to go to the beach for the wonderful sunrise, which is spectacular. The villa itself was spotless,...

“This is a lovely house, well equipped with all that you need for your stay. The seating is comfortable with several dining area options. There is a smart TV with sign-in for your streaming services. One more sun lounger is needed to complete the six and maybe one replaced. The inside was impeccable, the only additional cleaning would be a routine for the pool area. Lots of fans and good AC if you need it but the breeze flowing through the home makes largely unnecessary. Huge fridge freezer should...

“As a family with young children the layout of property was great and clean with all the facilities available. Our host, Mowava was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Our stay and would recommend the property.”

“Was very nervous at first but this house was everything as advertised and as pictures showed. I was happy my family all had their own bedroom and we were able to spread out. The outdoor space was super awesome as well. My daughters said the pool was life lol. The host was awesome and very helpful with early checkin and suggesting places to eat and excursions for my family. Communication through my entire week stay was on point. Every call was answered on time. I couldn’t have asked for a better...

“This property was as described. It had plenty of room, was clean, and had spectacular views. The property is convenient to Cockleshell Beach/Reggae Beach and is near the water taxi to Nevis. It is in a secluded area, which made it even more special. The property owner, Wayne, was very knowledgeable about the island; he was always accessible and great to speak with. Thanks, Wayne! We can't wait to book again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and accommodated our group. Bucky, was very helpful and took good care of us. We enjoyed the Monkeys running around in the morning and the weather was lovely. We would recommend Paradise Sunto handle all of your travel needs. They were prompt and reliable . They were waiting for us after we landed, then a taxi to Rage Beach to meet the water taxi to Nevis. In Nevis we picked up our three cars and they led us to our rentals. Great service.”

“Koi Villa is an incredible property! We had a group of 12 and enjoyed our week in St. Kitts. This property is right on the Atlantic Ocean. We had a breeze that blew constantly keeping you cool and no problems with bugs. The island of St. Kitts has terrific people and food. Our group has traveled throughout the Caribbean and St. Kitts is a favorite.Call Keneshia the Guest Services Manager and reserve this property!”

“Host was intentive and on-call property was clean, beautiful view. The additional beach lounge was a nice add-on to the property.”

“The house was spacious and perfect for my family. It has a very warm welcome. Security system, parking space, backyard and hot tub were perfect additions. Ricky was very responsive and even brought us a very delicious pineapple. I like running and was able to run around the neighborhood. Very safe neighborhood, clean and quiet. Close enough to the airport.”

“Moon Hill is a unique and magical place. The house is clearly loved by Jonathan, the owner, and it is full of little touches that make it truly feel like home-from-home. Before we even left home Jonathan sent lots of useful information about the restaurants on Nevis, the beaches and even the best supermarkets. It was much appreciated and we felt very well prepared to enjoy our time on Nevis. After a long day travelling we were greeted by Tessie, the housekeeper and cook, who had prepared a...
