Bluff House. High up on the Bluff overlooking Port Phillip. Exclusive for 2 guests. Coffee Machine. Private Lounge,Dining. Queen Bed. (Open plan, please see photos) Desk and chair. Piano. Separate kitchenette and Shower Room. Ground floor of a private home, you have your own entrance. Fully serviced and cleaned thoroughly. over looking the sparkling water. Fresh brewed coffee.
Enjoy the quirky decor, Vintage,Antique,mixed with Modern Comfort. Open plan with plenty of space. Smart TV. Free WIFI. Netflix,Tubi ect.
Listen to the number of bird species and if you are lucky, "Eddie" the Magpie will say Hello!! "Spicy" the Echidna may wander by.
Enjoy a 250 metre stroll down to the beach and yacht Club. A great swim to the right of the YC. Walk to the village past the boat launching ramp. Watch the Pelicans feeding and you may spot Lenny the seal.
Bring your bike and ride the scenic paths. Your boat by prior arrangement. Walk Edwards Point Marine Reserve, spotting flora, fauna and marine life.
Visit Wineries, book a chauffeur driven tour. Catch the Courtesy Bus to Portarlington or Clifton Springs Golf Club or have home delivery.
Book Dinner on the Blues Train. Just10 mins away.
Markets,Museums, Gallery’s and historic spots. So many restaurants to choose from.
Play the piano. Enjoy this most relaxing and lovely area. Beautiful Bay trips from Queenscliff.

"Please note! We are a Short term stay. 1 night to a maximum of a 3 night stay only. Exclusive to you. This is a Studio in a private home, ground floor.. It does not have full cooking facilities or laundry. Small fridge If extra refrigeration space is needed. We have an extra bar fridge. Only for those that have booked. No visitors.

St Leonards getaway

The perfect spot for an out-of-the-way getaway. It was truly lovely. Norma is a fabulous host whose only concern was that we were well catered for, and had a relaxing time undisturbed. It was fabulous being so close to St Leonards beach. The surrounding environment is superb! Thank you, Norma!

Bluff House

Immaculate VRBO with beautiful views of the bay and gardens. Norma, the hostess, is warm and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. She provided food for breakfast as well as some snacks. The space is perfect for two with both a lounge area and sleeping area. We loved sitting outside on the porch with our morning coffee. Norma’s place is close to the access to the beach as well as the bus. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this peaceful relaxing gem.

Bluff Rd Paradise

Norma’s VRBO on Bluff Rd in St Leonard’s is a gem. The location is beautiful with views of a garden and the bay beyond. It was immaculate and a perfect comfortable relaxing space for two. Norma is warm and welcoming offering recommendations for places to visit. She also provides all one needs to make breakfast as well as some snacks. We would highly recommend her place as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The B&B was comfortable and clean, if staying for a few days cooking amenities would be good other than going out for every meal. A power point in bathroom to use dryer or shaver would be an advantage, Norma was very friendly and we would recommend this property to friends😊

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable and clean accomodation with a large lounge/tv area, dining table, verandah in addition to the bed. Ensuite and bar fridge as well as kitchen utensils and some snacks and breakfast foods. The location is great and we were able to explore the township, beaches and coastline of St Leonards, Portarlington and Indented Head during our stay here . Norma is a delightful host and we would be happy to return here again and will recommend this B & B to our friends also.

We had a lovely overnight stay. Norma was very friendly and informative. The room was clean and spacious, the view sublime. Hoping to stay for a longer period of time to explore St Leonard’s and surrounds.
