“We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. ”

“We pulled in late night with a u-haul truck and the friendly and accommodating desk clerk had a space on the street marked off for us! The location, easy on and off the Interstate, is right downtown and next to sports arenas but for us was very quiet and safe street parking (cars have a garage). Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We'd stay here again.”

“The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint was the downstairs bar. We attended after an event; the bar was full but there was plenty of seating in the area. Unfortunately, we never got waited on nor did several other guests that were sitting nearby. Besides the bar area everything else was very clean and the staff was professional. I would recommend this hotel in the future, and we would stay at this hotel again. ”

“Stayed at 21c and honestly… this place is cool. If you love art, this is your spot. Everywhere you turn there’s something interesting to look at, and it really sets a vibe you don’t get at a typical hotel. The pool was also a highlight, such a unique and relaxing space to unwind. That said, service was our only real frustration. Our room didn’t get serviced the first day, and we had to call to make sure it would be done the next day. “My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“The property was nice but dated. There were not enough outlets, sink faucet not attached, awful room spray, only 1 of 4 elevators working with a very busy hotel makes for 10+ minute waits. QR codes on the room menus did not work so it was difficult to order food or even know what was offered. Plenty of staff and those interacted with were very kind. ”
