“Location was great and hotel newly updated. There could be improvement with communication among staff members. One front desk member told us we could check out late at 12pm and another was rude and dismissive toward us when we asked for new keys to let us in past normal check out time. This was frustrating experience and I hope the hotel can improve ”

“My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“It was my first time staying here and is now my favorite hotel in downtown Saint Louis.
Everything was great: location, style, condition, cleanliness, staff, amenities, and the room was phenomenal. Although I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy it, the rooftop pool and the whole atmosphere was top notch.
Moving forward, I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Saint Louis. ”
