Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Our only issues were that there wasn't a curtain in the kitchen so it kept the living room quite warm during the day. & I would highly suggest adding fans to the rooms. Also, one of the bedrooms didn't have a TV which wasn't ideal for the person staying in that room. I would also state that more than 6 towels would have been a plus. There should be at least 2 towels per person as extras so that renters don't have to wash them. We stayed for 4 days.

Cute clean home in quiet area

This was our first booking experience vs booking for a hotel stay. It was decorated nicely and had all the essentials you will need. Near multiple stores. Very clean and nicely renovated home that made our stay feel like home. The host responded quickly when needed. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving stay

We stayed in the area to be close to my sister’s house. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away, but close to everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and attentive. He was pleasant and made sure everything was taken care of. The property itself was clean and comfortable. I was able to set up my FitKit gym in the basement and cook/bake in the kitchen for our Thanksgiving meal. My daughter loved the ping pong table and my husband found ample places to watch TV and relax. We travel on a regular basis, so I have a tote of “frequently needed vacation items” and only had to dip into it for salt, pepper, aluminum foil, and a couple of cleaning supplies. Other than that, the bathrooms and kitchen were adequately supplied. We will be saving this property and property host for future stays in the area.
