“We were greeted when we showed up to the property and shown to our room. The living accommodations were very clean and the property as a whole is absolutely beautiful. The view of the Pitons from the infinity pool was stunning. Coordinating taxi rides were as simple as speaking with the on site manager. I highly recommend hiking Gros Piton and relaxing/snorkeling at Anse Chastanet beach. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. ”

“Wilbertha (the host) is fantastic and ensures everything is as it should be. She's very caring and responsive.The location is fantastic, as are the views. "Location location location! This resort is about 15 meter from beach, and the beach is really good! I had a room with w view towards the beach and I enjoyed it very much! The resort is within walking distance to the Rodney Bay center with supermarkets and malls. There is also shuttle service two times each hour to, and from, Bay Garden hotel, closer to center of Rodney Bay. The resort is also close to other restaurants in the area. The staff is very VERY friendly and provides service, always with a smile! All these are on the reosrts upside and If I return to St Lucia I will probably stay at the same resort. But there are some things I would like to be improved: The small deli shop needs better opening hours and more selection of, for exemple, medications. There also are only one restaurant and for a all-inclusive resort, there should be more to choose from (even that you are entitled to go to the other Bay gardens hotels restaurants too). The food at this restauran (High tide) is very good, but I would have enjoyed more kinds of food to choose from. BUT overall I liked the resort a lot! "
