Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. â
âThere was some confusion on contactless check in. I still needed to stop by the reception area. The AC wasn't working when we first got there, but I turned it off and back on it starting working and worked great the rest of the time.â

âWhat seperates this hotel from many others in the downtown area is the people. They truly work to make your stay comfortable. My room was not satisfactory when I arrived as it looked like the plumbing backed up into the tub. They promptly gave us a different room and a breakfast voucher.
