âPayed extra for the courtyard view. Didnt get it but got a room full of smoke instead. Talked to the receptionist who gave us a new room but np courtyard view cause they were fullbooked. The new room didnt smell any smoke but was quite filthy. Pool was closed for maintenace all of our stay.
Talked to the manager who gave us a 5 dollar voucher at Tim Hortons for the trouble.. XDâ
âVery impressed with the overall experience of this hotel. All of the staff including the front check in, housekeeping and breakfast servers were so pleasant. Also love the location of the hotel. It was so close to dinning and easy access to the hwy. And as a bonus their coffee is extra hot and very good. â
âI stayed here for two days with my husband and 3 kids we had a blast in the future we will stay again but I hope they change the door to the bathrooms as it was a super tight squeeze to get in and out especially if you are in a hurry also add a bigger vent has it took a very long time for heat to circulate in the bathroom after shower but other then these 2 I truly loved staying at the hotel thank you to all the staff for all your help and patience â
âGreat stay! Low priced compared to other hotel counterpart. They have a small pool (3 feet deep which is good for kids) and hot tub. Great for families as they also have a games room but we didn't have time to check it out. Planet Fitness gym in the basement. Free Breakfast was good, but it was so busy as it's long weekend so it was hard for the kitchen staff to catch up with how fast the food goes out. It's by the highway so it's easy to go to places in the area.
