If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. It’s in a quiet side street but easy walking distance to downtown including a nice cut through to Dunedin brewery and other locations nearby. Would definitely stay there”

“Comfortable, no-frills stay for one or a couple. Easy access to beach as well as restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass. Handy parking, nice deck and patio with grill. A few basic items that would be helpful: kitchen linens, basic storage containers and hand soap. ”

Our unit was Sunrise and has recently been remodeled. The king size bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! The owners made sure we had snacks and the toiletry basket overflowed with anything you may have forgotten to pack! The kitchen has everything you would need for an extended stay.
