Prepare a mouth-watering lunch in the fully-equipped kitchen and take it to the balcony; there is plenty of space to sit down and enjoy the ocean waves and refreshing breeze. Then, the bartender of the group can prepare refreshing cocktails or tropical juices in the small patio bar for those looking forward to experiencing a full beach getaway. Work on your tan either on one of the two lounges available or directly on the sand and whenever it gets too much, you can visit one of the two shared outdoor pools or simply make your way to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico for a refreshing splash. This inviting home away from home also provides guests with a well-equipped study where they can find a desk, modem, and even a printer - it's the ideal place for some quiet work.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
