Rest and relax in our one bedroom condo, complete with a king bed in the master. Need room for more guests? No problem! Our living room has a sleeper sofa. And the best part? Everything you need is already here! Our fully furnished unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer inside. No need to worry about lugging laundry around on vacation. Bonus: our building has an elevator for easy access and we provide free Wi-Fi and parking.

Enjoy the stunning views of Treasure Island Beach from your own private Gulf Front balcony. Our resort also features a heated swimming pool, BBQ and picnic area, and shuffleboard courts for our guests to enjoy. Relax on your balcony and take in the peaceful view of white sandy beaches. In the evenings witness breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Located on Treasure Island, our resort is conveniently close to many restaurants, shops, sail boats, fishing charters, and the popular John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. You'll never have trouble finding a spot to unwind on our beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas are available for rent right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay! Checkin was a breeze. Our unit was clean and ready early. Beachfront, walkable to Publix, restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!

Great location right on the beach and close to some restaurants and ice cream/coffee spots. The check-in process was very easy and seamless. The property is well maintained. Definitely a spot we would return to!

Perfect location. Very clean. Comfy bed. Nice balcony and pool. Only one dish towel/dish rag. No beach towels or chairs. No lighting over bathtub - dark.

Overall our stay was good and the place was as viewed on the listing. A few things to note, the blow up mattress in the pull out was not good and would not stay inflated the first night, which was awful for our boys sleeping on it. When calling the next morning to get a replacement there was no true solution provided or timeframe for someone to arrive. Upon calling midday after no phone call or anyone showing to the unit we were told that there’s no way to track where the maintenance crew was going and they also don’t know when or if things are able to be completed until they return to the rental office at the end of the day. When we came back later in the evening a new air mattress was in the box left on the table, along with new pillows. They did not remove the broken mattress and the new blow up was too big for the pull out frame so our kids evened up sleeping on the floor the remainder of the stay. The unit is dated and the floors were not clean, so you had to wear shoes or flip flops the entire time. We liked the location and the amenities of the building, but we wished we had better luck in the condo unit.
