    This Tropical Sunset Beach cottage has been carefully maintained to preserve the original condition while adding modern-day technological amenities for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Walk to local restaurants, bars, shops and of course the BEACH !This cottage comfortably sleeps 4 with the large pull out sofa off the living room (basically a second bedroom) This is a beach lover's community straight out of a Buffett song. Come and enjoy our little slice of paradise.

The cottage is cute and cozy and the location is perfect. Close to the beach and popular attractions in the area. The property was clean and the property manager was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful weekend

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed and the location is excellent, only few steps from the beautiful Sunset Beach. I will definitely come back, hopefully soon!

The location was perfect - steps from the beach. Loved the cottage! It was roomy, CLEAN, well appointed and so comfortable! The outside seating area made morning coffee a delight. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and Serene

What a very peaceful area. If your just there to relax you are at the right place. We enjoyed just sitting out on the deck looking at the beautiful landscape. It is walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The house was very clean and has everything you need to cook, or have a great day on the beach!

The perfect beach cottage

The stay was amazing. Not only is the location perfect but the entire layout. The owners really went above and beyond with everything you need to know in the vacation website. We will be back thank you so much. The only thing that is a bummer is not having a washer and dryer but still 5 star.

Wonderful stay in Treasure Island

We flew down for a long weekend and this was perfect for us! Nice and clean, well equipped with beach towels, a beach cart and chairs/umbrella, comfortable beds - the pull out bed is super comfortable! You’re a 3 minute walk from Caddys on the beach which is great! Overall the cottage was everything we needed! A ++++

It was perfect! 10 stars! If you are a respectable person looking for a clean and respectable place to stay, this is it! This is far better than any hotel experience near St Pete beach!… The host made it really easy to communicate..,The property was immaculate… This was my favorite place I’ve ever stayed at via Expedia/VRBO! The host have done everything possible to make this a beautiful and super clean small home to share with the public. The setting is very safe and feels like home.
