We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sweet. Lynne was the perfect host. This is a great little spot. I would definitely book again!

My daughter and I had a very lovely & comfortable stay at The Sweet. It’s a great location-visited 5 beaches up and down the coast over the week. It’s very clean and the hosts thought of everything that would make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They are also available and respond quickly to any questions you may have. Laundry available made it easy to pack. It’s a nice quiet street but still close to all the fun and beaches. We would stay in one of Lynne & Jeff’s places again.

OMG! How impressive was our experience there for a last second planning to get away!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to see more of Largo and IRB. From the sheer size and plentitude of accomodations of "The Sweet", to the hospitality given through the week. We cannot wait to come back, and perhaps check out the other options with "The Cottage", "The Estate, or The Big House"!!

Beautiful washer and dryer! Stores are 1 mile away and so is Indian Rocks Beach. I am a walker so it was an easy 1 mile walk

My husband and I stayed for the month of February and we were very pleased with the exceptional hospitality Lynne & Jeff provided. They truly have a gift of making you feel right at home. The Sweet is cute & cozy that includes the use of a patio & back yard with a privacy fence. The location was great for everything we needed & wanted to do during our visit.

The unit was great, very clean, everything was in perfect condition. Check in was simple. Neighborhood was very good. Location of the unit was excellent. We were close to Gulf Blvd. with acess to many restaurants, beaches and shops. We hope to rent again with the host.

Great Place

This was perfect for my husband and I. Such a cute comfortable place. Great location to restaurants, beach, grocery stores and a lot more. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Clean and Comfortable

Another wonderful stay with Lynne and Jeff at a different location. Very clean, safe and comfortable place to stay. Walk to the beach and visit the Turtle Nature Park nearby. Will stay again.

Wedding weekend

We came to this area for our nephews wedding. The property was as listed, clean, and well appointed, and in the central location. All in all, an awesome stay!
