“The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. “Overall, the property was nice. There was a lot of thought put into conveniences for the guests, such as plentiful towels, common kitchen gadgets, and smaller fridges in a couple of the rooms. A good attempt was made to update the property for use, but not all the workmanship was good quality (Ex: A/C vents falling off the walls, loose carpet) and there were some issues we experienced (Ex: The A/C wasn’t working well because of how hot it was outside, so the top bedroom was too hot for...

“-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”
