Beläget i en tre-enhet "Olde Florida Style Complex" och bara 45 steg till vita sand vackra Clearwater Beach!
Carefree och avslappnad är vårt motto !! Mermaid Stugan ligger på 1: a våningen på baksidan av komplexet. Omge dig själv i sann tropisk Florida stil; denna enhet är prydd med franska dörrar, trägolv, charmiga avslappnad ö inredning. Öppen för en utomhus trä däck område med utemöbler. Stugan har två bekväma sovrum, två badrum och en utomhusdusch! Vardagsrummet har en bekväm soffa (queen utdragbar säng), bekväma stol,
Färg-TV med kabel. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i stugan. Uteplatsen är helt inhägnad för privat bruk. Trevligt, parkera som kolgrill.

Excellent!

Couldn’t ask for a cuter cottage or a more responsive property manager! There was a small issue with the heater at 11pm one night so I called her. She had an onsite manager and handyman there with back up heaters within the hour. They replaced batteries and never woke the kids up. Things happen but they made it right so quickly! Appreciate the cute place and the close proximity to the beach.

Great cottage. So close to the beach!

We had so much fun at the Mermaid Cottage! It is just steps from the beach. We had a fun and relaxing vacation. It is also so close (walking distance) to some of our favorite restaurants.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed staying at the mermaid cottage. Walking distance to the beach as well as all the shops and restaurants. It had Everything you need to have a cooked meal at home or there are lots of restaurants to try. Cottage was very clean.

Cottage was clean and close to beach

We really enjoyed our vacation and stay at the cottage. It was very clean, had everything you needed, a place to park, and just seconds to walk to the beach. For myself, I wish the AC would have worked better as I get hot very easily but my wife and daughter were just fine though. That wouldn’t make me not stay there again. The host was very easy to get a hold of if you had any questions. The cottage was in walking distance to anything you needed, restaurants, Walgreens, shops, anything. I highly recommend anyone staying in Clearwater beach to give this place a try.

Mermaid Cottage is Great!

My 15 year old daughter and I found this cottage on VRBO, where the good experience started. The booking process was seamless, and the owner, Jennifer, got back to us ASAP letting use know the reservation had been accepted. The cottage was actually better than advertised. It was clean, well-kept, and came with games, puzzles, and novels (good for those infrequent rainy spells). The kitchen was full equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were just right; the living area had a nice tv with cable, however, I wish I had brought a Roku streaming stick. The internet was very fast and supported me, my 15 year old daughter, and her friend. The location could not have been better - only 30 feet from the beach. Once on the beach, there were chairs with umbrellas only a short walk away (they only took cash), sitting in front of a restaurant on the beach (no shoes or shirt required!!). There was also a stand for parasailing, kayaking, and banana boat rentals. The cottage, the location, and the amenities could not have been better!! Also, the cottage is within walking distance of several bars and restaurants downtown (and an escape room). Oh, and Samgelo's Pizza is across the street (like 10 feet) away from the cottage (thin crust Margherita, awesome). I contacted Jenn 2-3 times during the stay with general questions and she was always very responsive (although she works she always got back with me in only a few minutes). If the Mermaid Cottage looks good online, it is even better in person!!!

Nice quiet stay

Just north of busy downtown. The cottage was perfect location for a stroll downtown, and 30 seconds from the beach. Enjoyed that it was the the back of the other cottages which helped with noise and traffic.

Home on the beach!

This was our second time renting Mermaid Cottage. The proximity to the beach and the walkability of the neighborhood would make this cottage nearly perfect. The layout and comfort of the property take it all the way there. We love making this our home away from home.

Perfect location

Perfect location and access to beach. Parking was limited but we had the perfect spots at our rental. The beach access was not in a crowded place so you had space for your beach area. Also if you wanted the walk to shops/restaurants was only about a 10 minute walk so that was convenient.

Better than the resorts. Great socially distant vacation

Phenomenal property and location. You can tell the owners take great pride in the property with quality renovations, furnishings and even cookware. Outside patio was a nice gathering spot for nighttime meals. Location was great. It’s only 100 steps to the beach. No elevator or stairs. Plenty of beach chairs and toys provided. Private parking in driveway. Well thought out space was plenty big for our family of four. Two full bathrooms, comfy beds, full kitchen, patio and indoor/outdoor dining. We’re thankful we found this property for our trip.

Do not stay here!!!!!

We arrived to the most horrible smell. I contacted the owner who is located in a different state, but felt the need to tell me that there was no problem. There was mold in the coffee cups, bugs smashed under the coffee cups, ants crawling in the silverware drawer and in the bathroom and the floor is extremely uneven. It is a good ways from the beach unlike what was advertised. The smell was the most horrible musty nasty smell ever. The couch smelled like vomit. The towels were brown. Anytime the bath towels provided are colored instead of white, you know there is a reason for that. This property completely ruined our trip. I have never complained about a rental or even a hotel room before. I felt the need on this property because I want to save everyone else from making the mistake I made. Do not stay here!!!!

Cozy cottage, Great Location

We chose this property for our family’s vacation because we wanted the ability to cook some meals and not be in a hotel. The cottage is part of a triplex and had a private patio. We did not see or hear the other occupants. It is steps away from a “quieter” part of Clearwater beach and is a short walk to shops and many restaurants. The cottage does not have level floors but is excellent for this family of 5 with 2 beds, 2 baths, as well as an outdoor shower. They had plenty of amenities for enjoying the beach such as chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. If you want adventure State Parks, Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa, and more are a short drive away.

Perfect location

What a lovely cottage. It is literally steps away from the beautiful sugar sand Clearwater beach. It is close to the night time action but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful after sundown. I would definitely stay here agaun!
