“We had a great stay overall and would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect—about 10 minutes from the beach and only 5–6 minutes from downtown and Janus Live, so it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The place was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed. “Martin was an attentive and personable host. The vacation home was spotless and well-appointed. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee and there was plenty of unsweetened creamer in the fridge. “The blanket on the bed was thin, itchy, and had a large stain in the middle. A dirty rag was found wedged between the wall and mattress. The accordion style ladder was much more difficult to climb up and down than expected. The pull out couch seemed to be broken/collapsed inside. It definitely is cramped in the loft bed area, and was more difficult to get comfortable in than expected. The price was not worth it.”
